These terms and conditions govern your use of Pet Patootie's pet services.
By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Service Agreement: A service agreement must be signed by the client and Pet Patootie before services can be rendered.

Payment: Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, and online payments. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fee.

Pet Health and Behavior: Pets must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and must not have any contagious illnesses. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a pet's behavior is dangerous or aggressive.

Liability: Pet Patootie is not responsible for any damage to the client's property or for any injuries to the pet while under our care.

Transportation: Pet Patootie is authorized to transport the client's pet to the park or veterinarian if necessary and the owner agrees to this arrangement.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if we believe the client is not following our policies or if we believe the pet's health or safety is at risk.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties unless required by law.

Social media: Pet Patootie may use pet(s) pictures for promotional purposes.

Added Pets to any Pet Service is a + $5 Fee per service.

Our Services are available within a 5-mile radius of Fairview Park, Westlake and North Olmsted. We do offer services outside this area for an additional charge of $2.00 per mile.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
