Service Description

At the in-home consultation, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other along with your pets. We'll have a detailed conversation about your pets, your home, and the services you require. If we both come to the agreement that Cherished Ones Pet Sitting is the best fit for your needs, we will sign a service contract and acquire a copy of your house key.

Cancellation Policy

Our services are available 24 hours a day, which is why you'll find numerous time slots available for your initial consultation. Please choose a preferred time for your consultation, and Lexi, the owner, will promptly contact you to confirm a mutually convenient time for both parties. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to make appropriate arrangements and provide the best possible service to our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
