Service Description
Please note that our 24-hour service is for check-ins and dog walks, not overnight stays. Our Staycation service is ideal for ensuring your beloved pet receives the care and attention they deserve while you're away. We offer a range of services, including up to three daily walks, feeding, cuddling, and even light household tasks, providing peace of mind and companionship for your pet. We also cater to pet parents needing round-the-clock assistance, allowing our sitters access to your home for emergencies, deliveries, quick check-ins, and feeding. However, starting June 1st, we will no longer offer overnight stays. Extra assistance required after 11 PM will incur an additional $10 fee.
Cancellation Policy
Our services are available 24 hours a day, which is why you'll find numerous time slots available for your initial consultation. Please choose a preferred time for your consultation, and Lexi, the owner, will promptly contact you to confirm a mutually convenient time for both parties. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us, we kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to make appropriate arrangements and provide the best possible service to our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
